Benton, Arkansas
Andi Ridgway is a Certified Show Manager and an accomplished leader in the American Quarter Horse industry. She serves on the Arkansas Quarter Horse Association (ArQHA) Board of Directors, where she helps guide strategic initiatives to grow membership and enhance exhibitor experiences across the state. At the national level, Andi represents Arkansas as an AQHA National Director and contributes her expertise as a member of the AQHA Membership and Marketing Committee, working to promote AQHA membership, improve member engagement and recommend improvements to membership benefits and programs.
In addition to her equine leadership, Andi operates AR Consulting Services, where she writes grants for nonprofit organizations. Through this work she has successfully secured over $10,000 in funding for ArQHA in just 2 years, supporting programs that attract new exhibitors and enrich member experiences.
Combining extensive show-management credentials with a passion for promoting inclusive, well-run competitions, Andi is dedicated to advancing the sport, supporting exhibitors of all levels, and bringing fresh ideas to help the affiliate grow and stay fiscally strong.

Weiner, Arkansas
Madelyn Smith of Weiner is married to her husband, John. They have a son named Charlie. Together with her in-laws, Jerry and Mable, they co-own J Bar M Performance Horses, a breeding program specializing in reining horses. In addition, John and Madelyn operate John Smith Performance Horses in Cherry Valley, where John serves as head trainer. JSPH offers a full range of services, including reining and ranch riding training, lessons, and sales. Madelyn is excited to meet everyone at ArQHA shows and looks forward to sharing her passion for Quarter Horses with fellow exhibitors.
