The Arkansas Quarter Horse Association is an affiliate of the American Quarter Horse Association, located in Amarillo, Texas. ArQHA's purpose is to stimulate and regulate matters pertaining to the history, breeding, exhibition, publicity, sale, racing or improvements of the Quarter Horse.
