ArQHA 2023 Horse Tack & Clothing Consignment Sale
Held in conjunction with the Stirrup a Little Fun

Attention: This is a great opportunity to clean out your tack room, dressing room, or closet! Plus, if you are looking for a “new” outfit or saddle pad for your next big show, you won’t want to miss this occasion!
Information
Consignors pay a $10 consignor fee when dropping off their merchandise and will receive 85% of their asking price if the item sells. Consignors can drop off their merchandise on Friday evening from 5-7 PM or Saturday 7-9 AM.
Sale hours will be on Saturday from 9 AM to the end of Saturday’s Show (approx. 6 PM)
Consignors are paid Saturday evening following the conclusion of the sale hours. Please pick up unsold items no more than 1 hour past the conclusion of Saturday’s Show. Any items not picked up will be considered a donation to the association.

- Saddles
- Pads
- Show pads
- Bridles
- Bits
- Grooming equipment
- Show Clothes
- Casual Clothes
- Boots
- Hats
- Chaps
- Belts
All sale items need to be in good, clean condition. Consignors must provide saddle racks for all saddles and hangers for all clothing.
Pricing & Tagging
Each item needs a secure tag that includes: the seller’s name, phone number, price of the item, and item description. Pricing must be whole numbers or increments of .50 cents. For example $10.50 or $2, not $10.49 or $1.99.
Risk & Pick-up
Items placed in the sale are at the risk of the consignor and no one affiliated with the sale of horse show is liable for missing items. Any items not picked up Saturday will be considered a donation to the association for future consignment sales.
Everyone is getting ready for the Arkansas State Show, so go through those closets and tack rooms. Enjoy some “new to you” purchases. All proceeds go to the expenses for the Level 1/All-Breed shows and awards.
Please download and print out this list of items and bring it to the sale when you drop off your items. You price your items. You get 85% of the selling price. Please note that you must bring a saddle rack for saddles and ensure all clothes are on hangers. Attach a secure tag to each item with the seller's name, phone number, price, and description.
